Manage your Zid store from ChatGPT
The Zid | زد app is Zid's official app in ChatGPT. Once you connect your store, you ask ChatGPT about your sales and orders in plain language, and ask it to make changes in your store, without opening the dashboard.

Add the Zid app to ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, open Plugins and search for Zid.
Select Zid | زد, then select Add.
Sign in with your Zid account and approve the permissions the app asks for.
Once it's added, type @zid in any chat, followed by your request.
What you can ask

| Products and inventory | Changes a product's name, price, SKU and quantities |

| Loyalty program | Reviews points and changes the program's rules |
| Online store | Replies to reviews and product questions, and publishes blog posts |
For example, you can write:
@zid summarize my orders and sales this week, and point out the biggest changes
@zid show the orders that need follow-up, and why each one does
@zid help me update a product's name or price
What the app can't do
The app works only with the store you connected. It doesn't take payments, withdraw your balance or change your Zid subscription.
