Bulk edit, sorting and trash bin
This page covers three tools you open from the products list in Products > All products: the bulk edit spreadsheet for changing many products at once, Arrange products for setting the order of products in your store, and the Trash bin for restoring deleted products.
Bulk edit products
The bulk edit page shows the products you selected as a spreadsheet, with one row per product and one row per variant, so you can change prices, stock, descriptions and more without opening each product.
Bulk editing depends on your plan, and staff members need the permission to edit and delete products. Only single products open in the spreadsheet: vouchers, grouped products, digital products, dynamic bundles and donation products you select don't appear in it.
Open the bulk edit page
Go to Products > All products.
Tick the products you want to edit.
Open Actions and select Bulk edit.
The page opens full screen. Select the exit icon in the top bar to go back to the products list.
Edit cells
Select a cell and type the new value. The value is kept when you move to another cell.
Cells with a grey background can't be edited. On variant rows, fields that belong to the whole product (such as names and descriptions) are read-only; edit them on the product's own row.
Use Undo and Redo in the top bar to step through your last edits.
Columns whose values you changed show an Edited label in their header (for quantities, cost, price and sale price).
Select Save to apply all your changes, or Reset to discard them and reload the last saved data.
If you try to leave the page, change page, search, sort or filter while you have unsaved changes, the dashboard asks you to confirm, because unsaved edits are lost.
Columns
| Column | Notes |
|---|---|
| Avatar | Select the image to open Edit images, where you upload or delete product images. Image changes are saved straight away. |
| Product name in Arabic, Product name in English | Product rows only. |
| Serial number (SKU) | Products and variants. |
| Barcode | Products and variants. Up to 48 characters. |
| Total quantity | Read-only. The sum of the inventory columns, or Unlimited if any inventory is unlimited. |
| One column per inventory location | Set the quantity at that location: choose Number and enter a quantity, Not found to remove the product from that location, or Unlimited, then select Update. Only locations used by products on the current page appear. |
| Cost, Price, Sale price | Variants and products without variants. Zero or more. The sale price must be less than the price. |
| Weight (value), Weight (unit) | The unit (kg, g, lb or oz) is set on the product row. |
| Discount start date, Discount end date | Product rows only. The start date can't be after the end date. |
| Minimum quantity per order, Maximum quantity per order | Product rows only. The minimum must be lower than the maximum. |
| Short description in Arabic, Short description in English | Product rows only. |
| Detailed description in Arabic, Detailed description in English | Product rows only. |
| Keywords | Product rows only. Separate keywords with commas. |
| Product link | Product rows only. The last part of the product's address in your store. |
| SEO (product page title in Arabic) and the other SEO columns | Product rows only. Page titles and descriptions in Arabic and English. |
| Published, Tax exempt, Shipping required | Checkboxes on product rows. The checkbox in the column header ticks or clears every row on the page. |
If a value breaks a rule, such as a sale price higher than the price, the dashboard shows a message and keeps the previous value.
Show, hide, search and filter
Customize columns: tick or clear columns to show or hide them. The avatar, names and SKU always stay visible. Your choice resets when you reload the page.
Search by product name or SKU: find rows on the sheet.
Sort by Name, Total quantity, Price, Created date or Updated date.
The filters button opens the same filters as the products list: inventory, publishing status, categories, availability, discount status, price and quantity. Applied filters appear as chips; select Clear all filters to remove them.
The sheet shows 100 products per page by default. You can choose another page size at the bottom when there is more than one page.
Change prices or stock in bulk with Quick bulk edit
Select Quick bulk edit.
Choose what to change: Product price, Sale price, Product cost or Stock quantity. For stock, also choose the Inventory location.
In Type of action, choose how to apply the change:
Action Result Replace with entered value Sets the value you enter. Add fixed amount Adds the value to the current one. Subtract fixed amount Subtracts the value. Rows where the result would go below zero stay unchanged. Increase by percentage Increases the current value by the percentage you enter. Apply discount percentage Reduces the current value by the percentage you enter. Stock quantity offers only the first three actions.
Enter the Value and select Preview changes.
Check the updated cells, marked Edited, then select Save.
Quick bulk edit changes every row on the current page of the sheet, not other pages. Products with variants are updated through their variant rows. Money values are rounded to two decimals and quantities to whole numbers, and no result goes below zero. For the sale price, percentages are calculated from the regular price, and the result always stays below the price.
Delete products from the sheet
To delete one product, select its delete icon in the actions column and confirm.
To delete every product on the current page of the sheet, select Delete all above the actions column, then Delete in Delete all products?.
Select View on a product row to open its product page.
Arrange products in your store
Arrange products sets the manual order in which products appear in your store.
Arranging products depends on your plan.
Go to Products > All products, open the ⋮ menu at the top of the page and select Arrange products.
On Product sorting, change the order:
Drag a product by its handle.
Type a position number in the box next to the product, then click outside the box.
Select Move to top or Move up by 1.
A bar appears with Unsaved changes detected. Select Save to apply the order, or Discard to undo it.
The page lists every published and hidden product, but not drafts, and loads more as you scroll. Use Search to find a product.
To return to the automatic order, select Reset product arrange, then Confirm. After resetting, the newest products come first.
To sort the products inside one category instead, see Product categories.
Restore deleted products from the trash bin
When you delete a product, it moves to the trash bin, where you can restore it for 60 days. After that, it is deleted permanently.
Staff members need the trash bin permission to open it.
Go to Products > All products, open the ⋮ menu at the top of the page and select Trash bin. The page lists every product deleted in the last 60 days.

Sample data from a demo store. Find the product with Search by product name, serial number, or barcode, or filter the list by price (see below).
Select Restore on its row and confirm. To restore every product in the trash bin, select Restore all.
To filter the trash bin by price:
Select the filter button next to the search box.

Sample data from a demo store. Under Product price, choose Product price equals to, Product price is more than or Product price is less than.
Enter the price and select Apply. Select Reset to clear the filter.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name, SKU code | The product's name and SKU. |
| The remaining period for final deletion | How long until the product is deleted permanently. |
| Quantity | The product's quantity, or Unlimited. |
| Price, Currency | The product's price. |
| Status | Published, Draft or Hidden. |
| Created date | When the product was created. |
When the trash bin is empty, it shows No products available to restore.
