Manage products

The products list is where you find, review and manage everything you sell. Open it from Products > All products in the sidebar. From here you add products, open a product to edit it, run actions on many products at once, and reach import, export, sorting and the trash bin.

  • Open the ⋮ menu on its row and select Delete.

  • Tick it, open Actions and select Delete products. Use this way to delete several products, or every product on the page by ticking the box in the header. See Actions on several products.

The dashboard asks you to confirm. A deleted product moves to the trash bin, where you can restore it for 60 days. See Bulk edit, sorting and trash bin.

Duplicate a product

To add a product that's close to one you already sell, duplicate the existing product instead of starting from scratch. The copy has the original's images, options, quantities and settings.

  1. Open the ⋮ menu on the product's row and select Duplicate.

  2. Duplicated successfully confirms the copy was created. It appears at the top of the list, and its name starts with "Copy of" (in Arabic, «نسخة من») so you can tell it apart from the original.

Some other actions also depend on your plan, including duplicating products, printing barcodes, bulk editing, exporting selected products and arranging products. When your plan doesn't include an action, selecting it shows an upgrade message. Staff members also need the matching permission: viewing products, creating products, editing and deleting products, importing, exporting or using the trash bin.

When the list is empty

  • With no products yet, the page shows Add your first product and an Add new product button that creates one straight away.

  • When a search or filter matches nothing, the page shows No results found. Select Clear all filters to start over, or Create product to add one.
