Store FAQ page
A frequently asked questions page answers common questions before customers contact you, and helps your store in search engines. Manage your questions in Online store > FAQs; the page's title in the dashboard is FAQ.
Viewing the list needs the FAQs view permission. Creating, editing, reordering and deleting questions also need the FAQs manage permission. See Staff groups.
Questions list
The list shows each question's text under Question, in the dashboard's language, and its Status: a switch that publishes the question or hides it from your storefront. Each row has a menu with Edit and Delete.
When you have no questions yet, the page shows Enhance the customer experience, and boost SEO with Add FAQ.
Add a question
Select Create at the top of the page.
Under Enter questions & answers below, fill in the fields:
Field Rules Question Arabic is required, English is optional. Up to 255 characters per language. Answer A formatted answer for each language. The Arabic answer is required. Published Show this question in your storefront. On by default. 
Sample data from a demo store. Select Save.
Edit, hide or delete a question
To edit a question, select Edit in its row menu. Edit FAQ opens with the same fields. Select Save.
To hide a question without deleting it, turn off its Status switch. Turn it on to publish it again.
To delete a question, select Delete in its row menu, then Delete in the Delete FAQ dialog. This can't be undone.
Change the order of questions
Drag a question up or down in the list. Your storefront shows the questions in the same order, and the new order is saved as soon as you drop it.
Help customers find your questions: add an External link to your FAQ page in your top menu, or point a theme section's link to the Faqs page in the theme editor.
