Live analytics

Analytics > Live analytics shows what is happening in your store today: where your visitors are, how many are browsing now, and the orders and sales you have made since the start of the day. Use it during a campaign, a launch or a busy season to watch results as they come in.

Live analytics needs the live analytics staff permission and a plan that includes it. Without the plan, the map shows an upgrade card, the figures are blurred and the tables show an upgrade message.

Open live analytics

  1. Go to Analytics > Live analytics.

Live analytics selected under Analytics in the sidebar, with the upgrade card shown on a plan that doesn't include it
The green boxes mark the path: the main menu tab, Analytics, then Live analytics.Sample data from a demo store.
  2. The page loads today's data. It has no date field: every card covers the current day so far.

To see the latest numbers, reload the page.

See where your visitors are

The map at the top marks each city your visitors are browsing from today with a circle. The larger the circle, the more visits came from that city. Zoom and drag the map to explore, or open it full screen from the button in its corner.

See where today's visitors come from

The Visit sources pie chart at the bottom of the page splits today's visitors by the site or channel that sent them to your store, such as Google, Instagram or YouTube. Visitors who typed your store's address or opened a saved link count as direct visits. Each slice shows its share of today's visits.
