Bulk edit discounts

Bulk edit changes the same settings on many discounts at once, such as extending their dates or switching their sales channels. You reach it from Marketing > Discounts by selecting discounts and choosing Bulk edit.

You need permission to manage discounts. Bulk edit is included in the Professional and Enterprise plans, and bulk actions also depend on your plan. When your plan doesn't include bulk edit, the page shows Available in with the plan that includes it, a button to upgrade, and the form stays locked.

Edit several discounts

  1. Go to Marketing > Discounts.

  2. Tick the discounts you want to change.

  3. Open Actions above the table and choose Bulk edit. The Bulk edit discounts page opens.

The Actions menu of the discounts list after ticking two discounts, with Change status, Bulk edit, Duplicate and Delete

  4. Turn on the switch of each section you want to change, and fill in its fields. Sections you leave off stay as they are on every discount.

  5. Select Save, then confirm Are you sure you want to edit the coupons? The new settings will be applied to all selected coupons.

The dashboard shows Updated successfully and returns to the discounts list. If no section is turned on, Save does nothing.

When you turn a section on, its values replace the current values on every selected discount, including the switches you leave off inside it. For example, turning on Sales channels with only Online store customers on turns the other channels off for all selected discounts.

Progressive discounts can't be bulk edited. If your selection includes them, they're left out; if it holds only progressive discounts, the dashboard lists them under All selected discounts are progressive discounts.
