Discount codes and coupons
The discounts list holds every discount code, coupon, automatic discount and progressive discount in your store. Open it from Marketing > Discounts.

Staff members need permission to view discounts to open this page, and permission to manage discounts to create, edit, bulk edit or change their status. The basic discount types work on every plan; filters and bulk actions depend on your plan.
Types of discounts
When you create a discount, you decide two things: what the customer gets, and how they get it.
| What the customer gets | Details |
|---|---|
| Products discount | A percentage, such as 15% off, or a fixed amount, such as 50 riyals off. It can cover every product or the products and categories you choose, and you can limit it to customer groups such as your VIP customers. |
| Free shipping | No shipping fee. It's often tied to a minimum cart value, such as free shipping above 150 riyals, or to certain cities or customer groups. |
| Free cash on delivery | No cash on delivery fee |
| Progressive discount | A discount that grows with the cart value or the number of products, such as 10% off from 1,000 riyals, 15% from 3,000 riyals and 20% from 5,000 riyals. See Progressive discounts. |
Customers get the discount with a Code they type at checkout, or it applies in the cart by itself when the order meets its rules, with the Automatic method. A coupon group gives many codes under one discount, such as one code for each affiliate partner. See Create a discount code. To learn which discounts add up in the same cart, see When discounts overlap.
What the page shows
At the top of the page:
Create opens the Create new discount window, where you start a custom discount, a progressive discount or a ready-made template. See Create a discount code.
Export sends a request to export all your discounts. After the Sent successfully message, the dashboard opens the export requests page, where you download the file when it's ready. See Export requests.
When the store has no discounts yet, the page shows Over 70% of shoppers use discount codes. with a Create your first discount button.
Tabs
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | Every discount, with the total count |
| Active | Discounts that are switched on and within their dates |
| Inactive | Discounts you switched off |
| Expired | Discounts whose end date has passed |
Each tab shows how many discounts it holds.
Columns
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name / Code | The discount's internal name and, below it, its code with a copy icon. Automatic and progressive discounts show Automatic instead of a code. |
| Discount value | The percentage or the amount. A Free shipping badge appears when the discount includes free shipping. Progressive discounts list each tier's value; hover over them to read every tier. |
| Start date | The first day the discount works |
| End date | The last day the discount works |
| Status | Active, Inactive, Expired or Scheduled (the start date hasn't come yet) |
| Status switch | Turns the discount on or off |
| Actions menu | The row actions described below |
Discounts moved from the older automatic discounts page carry a Combinable badge: they can be combined with another coupon discount. See Automatic discounts and free shipping.
Usage of one discount
Select the arrow at the start of a row to expand it and see the discount's results:
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Usage count | How many times customers used the discount |
| Customer count | How many different customers used it |
| Total revenue | The total sales of the orders that used it |

To learn which marketing channel brings customers, create a separate code for each one, such as Instagram, email or each influencer, and compare their results here. To run a past offer again, Duplicate it and change the copy's dates instead of starting from scratch.
Use codes for campaigns aimed at specific people, such as an email or an influencer, and automatic discounts for store-wide offers. Match the type to your goal: a progressive discount raises the average order value, free shipping reduces abandoned carts, and separate codes measure each marketing channel. Try a new offer on a small scale and check its results before you widen it, and avoid running discounts that overlap in the same period: customers get confused, and a discount you didn't intend may apply.
Find a discount
Type in the search box to find a discount.
Use the sort menu to order the list by Code, Discount, Total usage, Start date, End date or Status, ascending or descending.
Choose the number of rows per page at the bottom of the table.

Filters
Open the filters to narrow the list. Applied filters appear above the table; remove one by selecting it, or clear them all.
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Discount status | All, Active, Inactive, Expired |
| Sales channel | All, POS, Mazeed |
| Discount type | All, As fixed amount, As percentage |
| Applying method | All, Entering code, Auto applied in cart |

| Total usage | Quantity equals to, Quantity is more than or Quantity is less than, then a number |
| Date | By creation date or By end date, then a date range |
The first five filters sit under Discount details. For Total usage, enter a number after you choose a comparison, or the filter can't be applied. In Date, the end of the range can't come before its start.
Turn a discount on or off
Find the discount in the list.
Select the switch next to its status.
The switch is unavailable for expired discounts and for discounts whose start date is still in the future. Hovering over it shows You need to change the start date or end date to be able to control discount status: edit the discount's dates first.
Row actions

|---|---|
| Edit | Opens the discount's form. Selecting the row opens the same form. |
| View orders | Opens the orders list filtered to the orders that used this discount |
| Discount URL | Copies a link to your store that carries the discount code, so customers don't have to type it |
| Duplicate | Creates a copy of the discount |
| Delete | Deletes the discount |
Delete in the row menu removes the discount straight away, without asking you to confirm.
Bulk actions

| Bulk edit | Opens the bulk edit page for the selected discounts. Progressive discounts are skipped. See Bulk edit discounts. |

Change the fields you need. The form is the same as the one you used to create it.
