Label packages
Label packages are prepaid shipping labels for a Zid Ship method, sold in bulk at a lower price per label. When you ship with that method, Zid uses a label from your package instead of charging your wallet. Open them from Logistics > Label packages, or select Purchase labels on an active shipping method. You can buy packages for several methods in one payment.

You need the Zid Ship view permission and the permission to view label packages. Label packages aren't available for non-profit (NGO) stores.
Label packages cover the shipping cost only. Additional fees, such as overweight fees, cash on delivery fees or Zid courier pickup fees, are still charged separately, from your Zid wallet.
If no packages are offered for your ship-from inventory, the page shows No packages found for this service.
How pricing works
Each method offers price tiers by quantity: the more labels you buy, the lower the price per label and the later the labels expire. To see a method's tiers, select Bulk shipping label credits pricing under it. Each tier shows a range such as "From 21-200 shipping labels", the Price per label and the Expiry date of labels bought in that tier. Compare the tiers to choose the quantity that costs you least for what you expect to ship.

Packages stay valid from two to eight months, depending on the package and the tier.
Buy a label package
Open Label packages and check the Inventory card. Packages and prices depend on the inventory you ship from.
Expand the shipping method you want. Its header shows Activated or Inactive and, for active methods, how many labels remain or No purchased labels.
In Amount of shipping labels, enter how many labels you want, or select one of the quantity chips, such as "201 shipping labels".

Sample data from a demo store. Read the hint under the field:
You can't add less than a minimum number of labels: raise the quantity.
"Add 201 shipping labels and Save" an amount: buying the next tier's quantity lowers your price per label.
You got the best offer for shipping labels and the longest expiry date: you're in the best tier.
Check the summary below the quantity chips. It shows the total price including tax, the number of labels times the price per label and, when your quantity gets a lower price than the smallest tier, a Discount (10% off) badge with the amount saved Compared with the base price. It also states how long the package lasts, such as The package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and expires on followed by the date. The quantity chips show their own discount too, such as 15% off.
Select Add to cart. The button changes to Remove from cart. Repeat for other methods if you need labels for them too.
Review the Summary at the bottom of the page. Each line shows the method, the number of labels times the base price and, when you get a lower price, a Discount (10% off) line with the amount saved. Total price (incl. vat) adds each method's own tax. You can remove a line from the cart.

Sample data from a demo store. Select Proceed to checkout, enter your payment details and complete the payment.
You can buy labels only for active methods. For an inactive method, the card says The shipping method must be enabled to purchase packages. Select Activate method to open it and activate it first.
A package works only with the shipping method you bought it for, so buy labels for the method you have activated and ship with. For example, labels bought for an express method don't cover shipments sent with a standard method.
Check your package balances
Select Label package balances at the top of Label packages to open the Prepaid label packages report. The tabs All, Active, Expired and Almost expired filter packages by status, and the filters narrow them by purchase date and Shipping method.

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Transaction number / Transaction date | The purchase reference and date |
| Package name / Price | The package and what you paid, including tax |
| Remaining balance | Labels you haven't used yet |
| Balance | Labels you bought |
| Status | Active, Almost expired or Expired |
| Expiry date | When unused labels expire |
Labels left in a package can't be used after its expiry date. When a package expires, you're alerted that it has expired and its status changes to Expired. An expired package stays in the report under Expired for 7 days, then disappears from your dashboard. Watch the Almost expired tab and buy only what you expect to ship before the date.
For a package you've started using:
Show shipments, in the row's ⋮ menu, opens Shipments filtered to the shipments that used it.
Print opens a file of those shipments. It needs the Zid Ship print permission.
