Marketplace prices
Marketplace prices can differ from your Zid prices, for example to cover marketplace commissions. You can apply one rule per marketplace account, set fixed prices for single products, and control the exchange rates used for other currencies. Open the Pricing tab from Channels > Marketplaces > Pricing.
The Pricing tab is available once you activate a marketplace other than Mazeed. Mazeed uses your Zid prices and doesn't appear in these tables.
Set a price rule for each marketplace
On the Pricing tab, click General price configuration at the top of the page.
In the General price configuration card, turn on Enable price configuration.
In the table, choose one option for each marketplace account:
No Price Management: the marketplace uses your Zid price.
Percentage Change: type a percentage to apply to your Zid price.
Amount Change: type an amount, in your store currency, to apply to your Zid price.
Click Save.
For example, with a percentage change of 10% on Trendyol, each product's price on Trendyol is 10% higher than its price in your store, while your Zid prices stay the same.
The rule applies to every product already linked to that marketplace and to every product you link later, as soon as it's linked. If you leave a percentage or amount empty, the dashboard asks you to fill in all the fields. Turning off Enable price configuration and saving removes the rules from every account.
Set exchange rates
When a marketplace sells in another currency, Zid converts your prices with automatic exchange rates. To use your own rates:
On the Pricing tab, click General price configuration, then turn on Manual currency exchange value in the Currency management card.
In the table, read each Country Currency and its How much is 1 USD ? rate, and type your rate in New Value.
Click Save.
Click Reset in the card to go back to automatic rates and clear your values.
Change a product's price on a marketplace
The Pricing tab lists your products and their price on each account, in the Product prices table:

To set a fixed price for one product:
Find the product. Use Select account to show a single account, or filter by Configuration type (General config or Specific config) and SKU code.
Type the new price in the account's box.
A Products List panel appears below the table, listing each changed product with its old and new price. Remove a product from it with its delete icon, or click Clear to discard all changes.
Click Save in the panel.
Prices you set this way show Fixed price under the box. Click Reset under the box, then save, to return the product to the general rule.
Price changes reach the marketplaces right away, but they can take up to 6 hours to show in Zid. After a refresh, the refresh button counts down 90 seconds before you can use it again.
