Marketplace products
The Products tab of Marketplaces Connect is where your Zid catalog meets each marketplace. Open it from Channels > Marketplaces > Products, then pick the account in Marketplace account. What the table shows depends on the marketplace:

Every table has a refresh button to reload the list, a full-screen button, a search box and filters.
Export marketplace products
Pick the account in Marketplace account.
Click Export products at the top of the page.
Click Confirm in the Export products dialog.
The file is sent to your email, and the dashboard opens Export requests.
Link listings to Zid products
For Amazon, Noon and Trendyol accounts connected with API keys, the table lists the products that exist on the marketplace:

Filter the list by Display status and Link status (each with All).
Linking tells Zid which of your products a listing is, so orders, stock and prices match up.
Click the edit icon at the end of the listing's row.
The Link settings dialog shows the Product in marketplace beside the Product in Zid.
For Amazon, check the Select one FBM SKU to link: field, and choose the Select one FBA SKU to link: when the listing also has an FBA offer.
Click Select product, pick one published Zid product or variant, and save.
Click Save. The dashboard confirms with Product linked successfully.
To unlink, click the edit icon on a linked listing, click Unlink product and confirm.
Zid doesn't publish new listings to these marketplaces. Create the listing in your seller account on the marketplace first, make sure the product exists in Zid, then link them here. For products with options, link each variant to its matching listing.
Link a Zid product to Noon
For Noon, you start from your Zid product instead:
Click Link Product at the top of the page (or in the empty table).
Pick one published Zid product or variant.
In Link settings, type its SKU in Noon (for example
N.123456765432), or tick SKU in Noon same as in Zid.Choose the Noon warehouse in Select Warehouse. To add one on the spot, click Add warehouse, enter its Name and Code, and save.
Click Save.
After a Noon product is linked, fetching its quantity can take up to 10 minutes. Noon warehouses are also managed in Marketplace account settings.
Submit products to Trendyol
For a Trendyol account activated instantly, the table lists your Zid products and their Trendyol status:

| Category | The product's Trendyol categories. |
| Product Status | The approval status below. Hover over it to read the errors Trendyol returned. |
| Actions | Submit to Trendyol for ready products, Edit for the others. Edit is disabled while a product is under review. |
Product statuses
| Status | Meaning |

| Needs details | The product needs its Trendyol category, brand or attributes. |
| Ready to submit | The details are complete. Submit it when you're ready. |
| Under review | Submitted and waiting for Trendyol's decision. |
| Approved | Accepted by Trendyol. You can show or hide it. |
| Needs correction | Trendyol asked for changes. Hover to see what to fix. |
| Rejected | Trendyol rejected the product. |
| Blacklisted, Archived or Not found | Trendyol reports the product as blacklisted, archived or missing. |
| Syncing | A change was sent and is being processed; updates can take a few minutes. |
Complete and submit one product
Click Edit (or Submit to Trendyol) in the product's row.
In the Edit product details dialog, review the product's name, SKU, price and quantity.
Choose its Category from Trendyol's category tree.
Choose its Brand: type at least 2 characters to search Trendyol's brands.
Fill in the attributes Trendyol asks for in that category. Required attributes must be filled before you can save.
Click Save to keep the details (the product becomes ready to submit), or Submit to Trendyol to send it for approval now.
Trendyol usually reviews a product within one business day. Its review is separate from Mazeed's, so a product approved on Mazeed can still be rejected on Trendyol. When that happens, hover over the status to read why, fix the details and submit the product again.
If the brand is your own or isn't a registered global brand, add OEMS to the brand name to lower the chance that Trendyol rejects the product. Pick the most specific category, for example a hair perfume under perfumes, and fill in attributes such as the size.
Edit and submit several products
When you select products, the table suggests filtering by category first, since products of the same category share the same attributes.
Filter the table by Category and select the products.
Choose Edit details from the bulk actions.
In Edit product details, choose the Category that applies to all selected products, then click Next. You can change a product's category later from the product list.
Under Apply batch edit to selected products, set the brand and attributes for all products at once, or for each one in its own row.
Click Save. Status updates typically take 5 to 10 minutes.
Select the products again and choose Submit to Trendyol. The Submit products to Trendyol dialog lists them with their SKU, subcategory and brand; only ready products can be ticked, and the dialog warns you when some aren't ready.
Click Submit to Trendyol. The products wait for Trendyol's approval.
Show, hide or resync products
Use Show in Store, or the Show products and Hide products bulk actions, to control what customers see. Hidden products stay on Trendyol and can be shown again anytime. Products still awaiting approval aren't changed.
For products Under review, click the refresh icon next to the status (or choose Resync product status for several) to fetch the latest decision from Trendyol. The time of the last sync appears under the status.
Filter Trendyol products
Under Product status, filter by Product status (Needs details, Needs correction, Ready, Under review, Approved or Rejected) and Display status (Shown or Hidden). Under Product details, filter by Category, Stock quantity (Out of stock, In stock or a Range with Min and Max) and Price range.
