Sell on Mazeed
Mazeed is Zid's own marketplace and shopping app, where customers shop products from Zid stores. Your products appear on Mazeed with the same price and quantity as in your store, Mazeed uses the shipping options active in your store, and Mazeed orders arrive in your Zid orders list marked with their source. There's no subscription fee: Mazeed takes a commission on each order, based on your store category. You manage Mazeed from Channels > Marketplaces.
Joining Mazeed and managing its products, orders and settings need the staff permission to manage Mazeed, and exporting its transactions needs the permission to export them. Mazeed isn't available for non-profit stores, and some store categories aren't supported yet; the Mazeed page tells you when yours isn't.
Before you join
To join Mazeed, your store needs:
At least one active shipping option. See Shipping and delivery.
A commercial registration or freelance certificate attached to your store information. See Store information.
A store category that Mazeed accepts. Mazeed doesn't currently accept services, including charities and digital products, or health products and medicines. If the Mazeed page says your category isn't supported and your category is set wrong, correct Store Industry and Store Category in Store information, then try again.
Join Mazeed
You can join from the Marketplaces tab or from the Mazeed page.
From the Marketplaces tab:
Go to Channels > Marketplaces and open the Marketplaces tab.
Click More or the activation button on the Mazeed card.
Click the activation button in the dialog that opens.
The Mazeed is connected! dialog confirms that your products are sent for review; once approved, they appear on Mazeed. Click Done to close it.
From the Mazeed page:
Open the Mazeed page and click Activate Mazeed now.
If your store doesn't meet the requirements yet, the About the store dialog lists them, crosses out the ones you've met, and links to where you can fix the rest.
Once your request is sent, the dashboard shows Activation request sent successfully.
While Mazeed reviews your request, its card on the Marketplaces tab shows Under review and the Mazeed page shows Your activation status is under review. Mazeed usually answers within 72 hours. If your request is rejected, the card shows Rejected with an Apply again button: check that your store meets the requirements above and fix the issues first, then click it to send your request again. A blocked store's card shows Blocked.
Until Mazeed is active, its card shows Your first 5 orders are commission-free!.
Manage your Mazeed products
Pick Mazeed in Marketplace account on the Products tab to see your Zid products and their status on Mazeed:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The product name and SKU, with Additional options for products that have options. |
| Price / Quantity | The product's price and quantity in your store. |
| Show in store | Shown or Hidden, with a switch that shows or hides the product on Mazeed. |
| Approval status | Add to Mazeed for products not on Mazeed yet; otherwise Under review, Approved or Not accepted. |
To add products:
Click Add to Mazeed in a product's row, or select several products and choose Add to Mazeed from the bulk actions.

The products are sent to Mazeed for review and show Under review until Mazeed decides, usually within 72 hours. You're notified when a product is accepted or rejected.
To show or hide products on Mazeed, use the Show in store switch, or select products and choose Show products or Hide products. Hidden products aren't removed from Mazeed, and you can show them again anytime. Products Mazeed doesn't accept stay hidden. If you hide all your products, your store stops showing on Mazeed; show at least one product to bring it back.

Once you reach your product limit, you can swap products you added for new ones: open a support ticket and say that you want to replace your current Mazeed products, so the team removes the old ones and frees room for the new ones.
Click the filter button to filter by Approval status (Approved, Under review or Rejected), Display status (Shown or Hidden) and Is Added on Mazeed under Product status, and by Category, Stock quantity and Price range under Product details.
To get your products approved, give each one a description, keywords and at least 3 images. Use images of 2024 × 2024 pixels, at least 72 dpi, in PNG or JPG, on a plain light background (preferably white) without logos or text.
The Mazeed page also lists your products, with these guidelines above the table and the number of products you've added against your product limit in its title.
Follow your Mazeed orders
Mazeed orders arrive in your Zid orders list with Mazeed as their source. Mazeed isn't responsible for shipping: it offers customers the shipping options active in your store. See Manage orders.
To see only Mazeed orders, pick Mazeed in Marketplace account on the Orders tab. The table shows Order number / Source, Customer / Mobile, Shipping, Total / Currency, Status and Created date / Updated date, with a View button to open each order.
The Orders tab of the Mazeed page also shows your Mazeed total requests, Total sales via mazeed and your average rating from customers. Click View all there to open your orders list filtered to Mazeed orders.

Prices, commission and discounts on Mazeed
Mazeed collects VAT on its sales. If your store doesn't add VAT to its prices, customers see your prices with VAT added in the Mazeed app, so they can be higher than in your store.
Whether customers see a different price depends on your VAT settings:
| Your store | Does Mazeed add VAT? | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Charges VAT on products and shipping | No | Mazeed shows the same price as your store. |
| Charges VAT on products only | Yes, on shipping only | The shipping fee is 15% higher on Mazeed. |
| Doesn't charge VAT, or isn't subject to VAT | Yes, on products and shipping | Prices show 15% higher on Mazeed, and the 15% is also added to shipping when the customer pays. |
Mazeed's commission is calculated on each order's product prices before VAT, and you receive the rest of the product price plus the shipping fee. The rate depends on your store category, between 5% and 25%; find yours on the Settings tab, as described in Set up your Mazeed profile. The order details of a Mazeed order show the commission and its tax, so the amount you receive is lower than the customer's invoice. See Order details.
Mazeed publishes these commission rates by sector, which also apply on Trendyol. They include the fees of Tabby, Tamara and the payment gateways:
| Rate | Sectors |
|---|---|
| 5% | Gold, meat and poultry |
| 10% | Gifts and parties, electronics |
| 15% | Culture and arts, office supplies and stationery, sports, games and camping, health and treatment |
| 18% | Vehicles |
| 20% | Sports clubs, pet supplies, perfumes, care and beauty, home and garden |
| 25% | Food, fashion and jewelry |
For example, take a product priced at 70 riyals before VAT, a 10% commission and a shipping fee of 10 riyals:
| Step | Store not subject to VAT | Store subject to VAT |
|---|---|---|
| Product price before VAT and shipping | 70 riyals | 70 riyals |
| Mazeed's commission (10%) | 7 riyals | 7 riyals |
| Product price after the commission | 63 riyals | 63 riyals |
| Shipping fee | 10 riyals | 10 riyals |
| Your VAT, on the price after the commission and on shipping | None | 11 riyals |
| Amount you receive | 73 riyals | 84 riyals |
Mazeed customers can use your discount codes when Mazeed customers is on in the discount's sales channels. Mazeed then calculates its commission on the order after your discount. Mazeed also runs coupons of its own: Mazeed pays for those and adds their value to your settlement invoice, so they don't reduce your dues. Mazeed shows a store coupon in its app when the coupon gives 10% to 29% off, has been used at least 10 times, applies to all products and has no usage limit. Other coupons still work when Mazeed customers type the code.
Review your Mazeed financial dues
You need a bank account to receive settlements from Mazeed. When Mazeed is active and neither Zid Pay nor a bank account is set up, the Marketplaces tab shows Add your bank account, with an Add Bank Account button.
Mazeed settlements have moved to your Zid wallet, where new settlement invoices appear. See Zid wallet. Until the Zid wallet is available in your region, you can still review them on the Mazeed page:
Go to Channels > Marketplaces > Settings and pick Mazeed in Marketplace account.
In Looking for your settlements?, click View settlements here. The Financial dues tab opens.
Review Current balance, Deposit in process and Last deposit, then the Latest transactions table.

| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current balance | Mazeed orders that haven't met the settlement conditions yet. An order becomes due once its status is completed and has stayed completed for 7 days. |
| Deposit in process | Orders that met the conditions and are waiting to be transferred |
| Last deposit | The most recent transfer to your bank account |
Mazeed settles your due orders once a week, every Tuesday.
For example, here's how five Mazeed orders count toward your next settlement. This applies only to orders the customer paid for in the Mazeed app:
| Order | Status | Status changed | Due? | Settlement |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Completed | 7 days ago | Yes | The next settlement |
| 2 | Completed | 7 days ago | Yes | The next settlement |
| 3 | Completed | 5 days ago | Not yet: it hasn't been completed 7 days | The first settlement after it reaches 7 days |
| 4 | Out for delivery | Today | No: it must meet all the conditions | A later settlement, once it meets them |
| 5 | Ready | 2 days ago | No: it must meet all the conditions | A later settlement, once it meets them |
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Transaction number | The settlement's number. |
| Operation type | Transfer of dues. |
| Number of orders | The orders the settlement covers. |
| Total amount / Currency | The amount transferred. |
| Process status | Success, Pending or Canceled. |
| Date | The settlement date. |
Click View on a settlement to open its settlement invoice: the invoice number and date, the seller and buyer details, each order's products with their prices before and after the 15% tax and the shipping fee, and the price details. Click Print to print it.
To export every transaction, click Export all transactions. The file is prepared in Export requests.
