Store information
Store information holds your store's public contact details, your business type and documents, and your business address and time zone. Open it from Settings > Store > Store information. The page has three tabs: Store information, Business details and Business address. Each tab has its own Save button at the top, available once you change something.
To open these tabs, a staff member needs the permission to view store information. To save changes, they need the permission to manage it.
If Zid Pay is not active in your store yet, an alert at the top lists what is missing to activate it. Select Check requested fields to see the Required fields for your business type. See Zid Pay.

To move your store to another country, first withdraw or use up your Zid wallet balance. While a balance remains, the Country field is locked and an alert explains why. After the change, your store's currency follows the new country. If part of the balance can't be spent or withdrawn, contact Zid customer service to clear it. See Zid wallet.
