Marketplace account settings
Each connected marketplace account has its own settings: which orders come into Zid, how customer invoices are issued, the seller name customers see and, for some marketplaces, connection details. Open them from Channels > Marketplaces > Settings, or click Manage on a marketplace card, then pick the account in Marketplace account.
Change an account's settings
Go to Channels > Marketplaces > Settings.
Pick the account in Marketplace account. The page shows the settings for that marketplace, described below.
Change what you need.
Click Save changes at the top of the page.
To return an account's order and invoice settings to their defaults, click Reset at the top of the page.
Changes to order settings apply only to new orders. Orders already imported or integrated keep the settings they came in with.
Import orders configuration
For Amazon, Trendyol and Noon accounts, the Import orders configuration card sets how orders come in:
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Customize the name of your marketplace account (seller name) | Custom name: a name added after the marketplace name, to tell your accounts apart. Not shown for Noon. |
| Which orders to automatically import / integrate? | All marketplace orders, or Only orders for products linked to your marketplace. Not shown for Trendyol accounts activated instantly, which import all orders. |
| For which fulfilling method would you like your orders to be imported? | Amazon only: All fulfilling methods, FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) or FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant). |
Customer invoice configuration
The Customer invoice configuration card sets who issues the customer's invoice.
Amazon
Choose separately for FBM - (Fulfilled by Merchant) How would you like to handle the customer invoice? and FBA - (Fulfilled by Amazon) How would you like to handle the customer invoice?:
| Option | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invoice created by Amazon marketplace (you will have to configure this in Amazon!) | Amazon issues the invoice. Set it up in your Amazon account. |
| Invoice created by Zid and uploaded to the marketplace (if unavailable, the marketplace doesn't support it). | Not available for Amazon. |
| Invoice created by Zid but not uploaded to the marketplace. You will need to upload this manually. | Zid issues the invoice, and you upload it to Amazon yourself. |
Below the settings, a reminder links to the Amazon Marketplace Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts that break it may be suspended or disconnected and reported to Amazon.
Trendyol
For Trendyol accounts connected with API keys, choose how to handle the FBM customer invoice: created by Zid and uploaded to Trendyol automatically, or created by Zid for you to upload manually.
The Edit Activation Parameters card holds the account's Seller ID, API key and API secret. After changing them, click Verify connection to test them.
Noon
For Noon accounts, answer Which invoice to generation?: Generate and upload to Noon, or Generate and have you upload to Noon manually.
The Warehouse management card lists your Noon warehouses with their Name and Code:
To add one, click Add Warehouse, fill in Name and Code, and click Save.
To change one, click Edit in its row. To remove one, use the delete button and confirm.
The Noon API credentials card reconnects the account: fill in the API user email, upload the Credential File (a .json file of up to 10 KB) and click Activate.
Jahez and Mazeed settings
For a Jahez account, the page shows Account details, Order settings and Inventory settings. See Sell on Jahez.
For Mazeed, the page shows your operations contact, customer service contact and how Mazeed appears in your store. See Sell on Mazeed.
Deactivate a marketplace account
Deactivating stops importing orders and syncing with the marketplace. You can activate it again later.
Pick the account in Marketplace account.
In the Deactivate marketplace account card, click Deactivate account.
Confirm the message.
The dashboard confirms with Account disconnected successfully and returns to Marketplaces Connect.
