POS transactions
The Transactions page records every money movement on Zid POS: in-store sales and refunds, and online orders that customers paid for or returned at your store. Open it from Channels > POS > Transactions.
This page needs the POS staff permission. On the free POS Go plan, the list stays empty. See POS Go and POS Pro plans.

Find a transaction
Go to Channels > POS > Transactions.
Type an invoice number in the search box to find its transactions.
To sort by date, open the sort menu and choose Date ↑ (oldest first) or Date ↓ (newest first).
To narrow the list, click the filters button and set any of:
Select date range.
Action type: one or more of the action types above.
Inventory: one inventory location.
Cashier user: one staff member.
Cashier: one cashier.
Click Apply. Each active filter appears as a chip above the table; remove a chip to clear that filter, or click Reset to clear them all.
Use the rows-per-page menu at the bottom to show 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 transactions per page.
When nothing matches, the table shows No transaction history found, with a hint about the filter that emptied it.

When you arrive this way, the back button at the top of the page returns you to the page you came from, with its filters.
