POS sales

The Sales page lists the sales your cashiers made on Zid POS, one row per invoice, with its order, cashier, customer, amount and statuses. Open it from Channels > POS > Sales.

This page needs the POS staff permission. On the free POS Go plan, the list stays empty and shows Not available in your plan with an Upgrade plan button. See POS Go and POS Pro plans.

Find a sale

  1. Go to Channels > POS > Sales.

  2. Type in the search box above the table to find a sale.

  3. To narrow the list, click the filters button to open Filters, then set:

    • A date range.

    • Invoice status: pick one or more of New, Reversed, Cancelled, Completed, Preparing, In delivery, Processing reverse and Ready.

  4. Click Apply. Each active filter appears as a chip above the table; remove a chip to clear that filter, or click Reset in Filters to clear them all.

Find POS sales in your orders list

Each POS sale also creates a Zid order, so your branch sales appear in Orders > All orders next to your online orders. To list only them, filter the orders by Source of order > Zid POS, or by Cashier to see the sales of one or more cashiers. See Filter orders.
