VAT settings

Tax settings turn on value added tax (VAT) in your store, decide how it applies to prices and shipping, and hold your VAT number and rate for each country you sell to. Open them from Settings > General > Tax settings.

VAT settings depend on your plan. When your plan does not include them, Activate VAT in store is disabled with an upgrade icon, and Add country opens an upgrade dialog. To open the page, a staff member needs the permission to view VAT settings. To add or edit countries, they need the permission to manage them.

The page also shows a banner for connecting your store to ZATCA's Fatoora platform. Select Connect now to start, or see Fatoora (ZATCA) integration.

  1. Turn on Activate VAT in store. More options appear.

  2. Set the options below.

  3. Select Save at the bottom of the card. By saving, you confirm that you reviewed the applicable VAT regulations and applied them.
