Stock management
The Stock management page lists the products in one inventory location with their quantities, so you can update many quantities at once. Find it in Products > Inventory > Stock management.
Open stock management
In the sidebar, open Products > Inventory > Stock management. The page opens on your default location, or on your first active location if you have no default.
Or open a location from Inventory locations and click Stock management. The page opens on that location.
Choose a location
Use the Select inventory field above the table to switch locations. You can type to search your active locations.
If you have unsaved changes when you switch, the dashboard warns you that they'll be lost and asks you to confirm.
Find products
The table lists the products and variants stocked in the selected location. Each variant has its own row, because each variant has its own quantity.
Search products: type to search the products in this location.
The filter button (Filters): narrow the list by Publishing status (All, Published or Hidden) or by Category. Applied filters appear above the table; click one to remove it.
Columns

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Image | The product's main image. |
| Product name / SKU | The product or variant name and its SKU. |
| Current quantity | The saved quantity in this location. ∞ means unlimited quantity. |
| Unlimited quantity | A switch. When it's on, the product never runs out in this location and the Quantity field locks. |
| Quantity | The quantity to save, and an arrow button that opens Adjust quantity. |
Change quantities and save
In the Quantity column, type the new quantity. After you leave the field, it shows the old quantity crossed out and the new one: green for an increase, red for a decrease.
To make a product unlimited, turn on Unlimited quantity. To track its quantity again, turn it off and enter a quantity.
Repeat for other products, across as many rows as you need.
Click Save at the top of the page. Save stays disabled until you change something.
Rules:
Quantity is required and can't be negative, unless Unlimited quantity is on.
If you leave the page with unsaved changes, the dashboard asks you to confirm.
Adjust a quantity with a reason
The arrow button next to a Quantity field opens Adjust quantity, which saves one product's change straight away and records why you made it.
Click the arrow button next to the product's quantity.
Choose the Adjustment type:
Adjust available: enter Adjust by as a positive or negative number, or enter the New quantity. Each one updates the other. Then choose a Reason, such as a correction, a count, received stock, a return, damage or loss.
Convert to infinite: makes the product's quantity unlimited in this location.
Track quantity: shown for unlimited products. Enter the Quantity to start tracking.
Click Save in the panel.
The change is saved immediately; you don't need the page's Save button. It appears in Stock history as Manual adjustment, with the reason you chose.
Export quantities
Click ⋮ > Export at the top of the page.
The export is queued, and the dashboard opens Export requests, where you download the file when it's ready.
An export can include up to 20,000 products. If there's nothing to export, or the export is over the limit, a message tells you so.
Import quantities
Click ⋮ > Import at the top of the page.
In the Import products dialog, drop or choose one
.csvor.xlsxfile.Click Import products.
The dialog shows the import's progress and closes when it's done. The import updates quantities only; other product data in the file isn't changed. If the import fails, the dialog lists the errors.
To edit many quantities offline, export them first, change the quantities in the file, then import it.
Plans and permissions
Stock management is part of selected plans. If your plan doesn't include it, the page shows an upgrade offer. See Subscription.
Staff need the permission to view stock management to open this page. Export needs the permission to export products, and Import needs the permission to import products. See Staff groups.
