Mokafaa and Qitaf
Mokafaa, from Al Rajhi Bank, and Qitaf, from stc, are loyalty programs your customers may already belong to. When you activate one in your store, its members can earn points on their purchases and pay for orders, in part or in full, with their points. Find them under Marketing.
Who can use Mokafaa and Qitaf

When your store is outside Saudi Arabia or Zid Payments isn't active, the program's page shows an alert explaining it, and you can't activate the program.
Mokafaa
Open Marketing > Mokafaa program, or select the Mokafaa program card on the Marketing page. Both appear only when Mokafaa is available to your store.
The Mokafaa program page shows:
What Mokafaa offers your customers, and its Main advantages.
Mokafaa rates by plan: the Mokafaa fee on earning and on redeeming, as a percentage, for each Zid plan.
Customer points conversion: what customers earn and redeem.

While Mokafaa isn't open to your store yet, the button at the top reads Soon.. and is disabled, as is Activate Now at the bottom of the page. Once it opens to your store, activate it:
Select Activate at the top of the page.
In Mokafaa Activation, read the message and keep the box that agrees to the Mokafaa terms and conditions ticked.
Select Activate & Start Growing. The Mokafaa program page opens.
Once Mokafaa is active, the button reads Mokafaa program and opens the Mokafaa program page described in Follow a partner program.
Qitaf
What you see for Qitaf depends on your store.
The new Qitaf program
Stores in the new Qitaf program see Marketing > Qitaf in the sidebar, marked New. Stores outside Saudi Arabia see the page with the alert The Qitaf loyalty program is not available for stores outside Saudi Arabia., and can't activate it. The page shows Qitaf's Main advantages, Qitaf rates by plan and Customer points conversion:

To activate Qitaf:
Go to Marketing > Qitaf and select Activate Qitaf Now.
In Qitaf Activation, read the message and keep the box that agrees to the Qitaf terms and conditions ticked.
Select Activate & Start Growing. The Qitaf program page opens.
Once Qitaf is active, the button reads View your account details and opens the Qitaf program page.
Other stores
For other stores, the Qitaf program card on the Marketing page opens the Qitaf program page, which explains Qitaf and its advantages. Requests to activate Qitaf from this page are currently suspended, so the page shows Submitting requests to activate the Qitaf program is currently suspended. Submitting activation requests will be available later. and Activate Qitaf Now is disabled.
Stores that already have Qitaf see View your account details, which opens the Qitaf website in a new tab to sign in to your account.
Follow a partner program
Once a program is active, its program page (Mokafaa program or Qitaf program) shows:

Deactivate a partner program
On the program page, select Deactivate.
In Help us improve the all-new Zid, turn on at least one reason. To write your own, turn on Other (please specify) and fill in Additional feedback.
Select Submit. The program is turned off.
The Mokafaa and Qitaf pages need the staff permission to view each program. Old links to Marketing > Loyalty programs > Mokafaa or Qitaf open these pages.
