Zid Payments payouts
A payout is a transfer of the money Zid Payments collected for you into your bank account. Payments > Payouts shows your balance, every payout made, and the reports and VAT invoices you need for your books.
Payouts appear once Zid Payments is active and your account is verified. You need the staff permissions to view Zid Payments and its payouts.
How payouts work
Money from successful card payments builds up as your current balance. Every day at midnight, the balance moves into processing, where it is checked, and on the next payout day it is transferred to the payout bank account in Zid Payments settings. Zid emails you the details of each payout: its number, the amount, the IBAN it went to and the date. The money can take about three hours after that email to show in your bank balance.

Payouts pause on Saudi official holidays (Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Saudi National Day and Founding Day) and resume on the first payout day after the holiday.
Read your balance
The Summary of your operations card at the top of the page shows:

If your store offers Emkan or Madfu through Zid Payments, Online Payments and BNPL Payments tabs let you see card payouts and BNPL payouts separately.
Payouts list
Search by payout ID to find one payout. The table shows:

Open a payout
Select a payout ID or View to open Payout details. The top card repeats the payout number, net amount, fees, amount, bank, IBAN and date. Below it, Transactions list shows every payment and refund settled in the payout:

From the top of a payout you can also download it:
Download excel and Download PDF export the payout's transactions.
Download VAT invoices opens the VAT invoice for the payout's fees. For each payment network, it lists the total of the transactions, their number, the fees before VAT, the 15% VAT and the total fees including VAT.
Download payouts or tax invoices for a period
Go to Payments > Payouts.
Select Download all payouts, or Download tax invoices for the VAT invoices of your payout fees.
Choose the date range.
For payouts, choose Pdf or Excel under Download extension.
Select Confirm. The file is prepared in the background. Download it from Export requests.
The download buttons are disabled until you have at least one payout.
Downloading payouts and tax invoices for a period needs a Zid plan that includes bulk payout exports. Downloading all payouts also needs the permission to view payouts, unless you are the store owner.
Keep proof of delivery for digital products
Zid Payments accepts stores that sell digital products, such as e-books, codes and prepaid cards. If one of your payments is audited, or a customer complains to the authorities that they didn't receive the product, you need the order invoice and proof that you delivered the product. Without them, the payout of that amount can be affected.
Proof of delivery is the message that sent the product or its code to the customer, such as an email with the e-book as a PDF, or an SMS or WhatsApp message with the card code. Keep messages that:
show the order number;
show the customer's details (name, email, mobile number and address), matching those on the order, and went to the email or mobile number on the order;
contain the digital product or its code.
