Payments and logistics analytics

Two analytics pages follow Zid's own services. Analytics > Payments covers transactions processed by Zid Payments, and Analytics > Logistics covers shipments sent with Zid Logistics. Both have a date field that opens on the last 90 days and an Export button.

Payments analytics

The Payments analytics page summarizes your Zid Payments transactions: how many succeeded, failed or were refunded, and how much was settled to your account.

The page needs the payments analytics staff permission. Most rates and amounts depend on your plan and show a blurred value with an upgrade tooltip when locked.

  1. Go to Analytics > Payments.

The Payments analytics page with its thirteen figures, the date field and the Export button
The green boxes mark the path: the main menu tab, Analytics, then Payments.Sample data from a demo store.
  2. Pick a period in the date field.

  3. Read the figures. Hover the information icon beside a label for its definition.

Export payments analytics

Click Export to print the page or save it as a PDF file from your browser's print window. If your plan doesn't include exporting this page, the button opens an upgrade window instead.

Logistics analytics

The Logistics analytics page tracks your Zid Logistics shipments in three cards: Shipments, Performance and Payments. Each card shows when its data was last updated. The date range filters shipments by the date they were created.

The page needs the Zid Logistics reports staff permission and a plan that includes Zid Logistics reports. It isn't available to nonprofit stores. Without the plan, each card shows an upgrade message.

  1. Go to Analytics > Logistics.

The Logistics analytics page, titled Logistics analytics, with upgrade cards on a plan without Zid Logistics reports
The green boxes mark the path: the main menu tab, Analytics, then Logistics.Sample data from a demo store.
  2. Pick a period in the date field.
