Back-in-stock notifications

When a product is out of stock, customers can ask to be notified when it is back in stock. Customers > Stock notifications lists those requests, shows how many notifications were sent and the sales they brought, and lets you notify customers by email or WhatsApp. Its settings control the automatic message and the offer that goes with it.

Stock notifications depend on your plan. When your plan does not include them, the page shows an upgrade message. They are not available to stores registered as non-profit organizations.

Staff members need the permission to view stock notifications to open the page, the permission to manage them to send messages or change the settings, and the permission to export them to export.
