Sell on Trendyol

Trendyol is an online marketplace in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You activate it in one step, and it runs through Mazeed: your products sync through Mazeed at the same commission rate, and your Trendyol sales are settled with your Mazeed dues. Then you submit the products you want to sell, Trendyol approves them, and your Trendyol orders arrive in your Zid orders list. You manage Trendyol from Channels > Marketplaces.

Activate Trendyol

Trendyol runs through Mazeed, so your store needs to meet Mazeed's requirements as well as these:

• A commercial registration or freelance certificate.

• A warehouse in a city in Saudi Arabia, with a short national address.

1. On the Marketplaces tab, click the activation button on the Trendyol card.

1. In the dialog, choose the Warehouse: that receives returns.

2. Under Shipping Method:, choose:

   • Trendyol Shipping (marked Lowest cost): ship with Trendyol's carrier contracts. Fees start from 7 riyals per order, and the dialog links to the price list. The fee depends on the carrier and on the package's volumetric weight (desi) or weight, excludes VAT, and applies to deliveries and returns alike.

• Shipping options in your Zid store: ship with the carriers active in your store, at their fees.

1. Click Connect account.

When the activation succeeds, the card shows Active. Once your Trendyol account is live, the dashboard can show Congrats 🎉, Trendyol is now active! with an Add products button that opens the Products tab. Then submit your products as described in Marketplace products.

If the warehouse you chose has no short national address, the dashboard shows Short address needed. Click Add short address to open the inventory location, add it, then try again.

Trendyol gives its customers free shipping, so you pay the shipping cost with either shipping method. Trendyol also shows prices with VAT included, even when your store doesn't charge VAT. Sales on a Trendyol account activated this way are settled with your Mazeed dues.

Complete and submit one product

1. Click Edit (or Submit to Trendyol) in the product's row.

2. In the Edit product details dialog, review the product's name, SKU, price and quantity.

1. Choose its Category from Trendyol's category tree.

2. Choose its Brand: type at least 2 characters to search Trendyol's brands.

3. Fill in the attributes Trendyol asks for in that category. Required attributes must be filled before you can save.

4. Click Save to keep the details (the product becomes ready to submit), or Submit to Trendyol to send it for approval now.

Trendyol usually reviews a product within one business day. Its review is separate from Mazeed's, so a product approved on Mazeed can still be rejected on Trendyol. When that happens, hover over the status to read why, fix the details and submit the product again.

Edit and submit several products

When you select products, the table suggests filtering by category first, since products of the same category share the same attributes.

1. Filter the table by Category and select the products.

2. Choose Edit details from the bulk actions.

3. In Edit product details, choose the Category that applies to all selected products, then click Next. You can change a product's category later from the product list.

1. Under Apply batch edit to selected products, set the brand and attributes for all products at once, or for each one in its own row.

2. Click Save. Status updates typically take 5 to 10 minutes.

3. Select the products again and choose Submit to Trendyol. The Submit products to Trendyol dialog lists them with their SKU, subcategory and brand; only ready products can be ticked, and the dialog warns you when some aren't ready.

4. Click Submit to Trendyol. The products wait for Trendyol's approval.

Show, hide or resync products

• Use Show in Store, or the Show products and Hide products bulk actions, to control what customers see. Hidden products stay on Trendyol and can be shown again anytime. Products still awaiting approval aren't changed.

• For products Under review, click the refresh icon next to the status (or choose Resync product status for several) to fetch the latest decision from Trendyol. The time of the last sync appears under the status.

Filter Trendyol products

Under Product status, filter by Product status (Needs details, Needs correction, Ready, Under review, Approved or Rejected) and Display status (Shown or Hidden). Under Product details, filter by Category, Stock quantity (Out of stock, In stock or a Range with Min and Max) and Price range.

Ship Trendyol orders

Trendyol expects orders to be prepared within two business days.

What to expect on Trendyol

• Customers see your store's name as the seller.

• Order statuses and stock sync automatically between Trendyol and Zid. Trendyol orders appear in your orders list with Trendyol as their source.

• Your discount codes don't apply on Trendyol.

• Trendyol's commission is the same rate as your Mazeed commission.

• If you connected Trendyol earlier with a seller ID and API keys, you can move to the current connection: deactivate that account in Marketplace account settings, then activate Trendyol again from its card.
