Sales channels and marketplaces
Sales channels are the places where customers buy from you: your online store, your mobile app, your physical branches through Zid POS, and marketplaces such as Amazon or Trendyol. You reach them all from Channels in the sidebar. This page explains the Channels page and the marketplaces Zid connects to.
Explore the Channels page
Click Channels in the sidebar to open a page with one card per channel:

Under Channels, the sidebar also lists Online store, Marketplaces, Mobile app and POS.
The marketplaces card and the Marketplaces sidebar item appear only for staff with the Marketplaces Connect permission, and they're hidden for non-profit stores. Mobile app and POS each need their own permission too.
Marketplaces Zid connects to
Marketplaces Connect links your Zid store to marketplaces, so you manage their products, orders, stock and prices from your dashboard. The marketplaces offered to your store appear as cards on the Marketplaces tab, so the list can differ from store to store.

Trendyol and Jahez run through Mazeed: activating them syncs your products through Mazeed, at the same commission rate.
How Marketplaces Connect is organized
Click Marketplaces under Channels. If no marketplace is active yet, a welcome page opens first; otherwise you land on the Marketplaces tab. Marketplaces Connect has these tabs:

All tabs except Marketplaces stay disabled until you activate a marketplace. Inventory and Pricing also stay disabled while Mazeed is your only active marketplace.
